Merry Christmas from Disneyland

This year, we had the opportunity to spend Christmas at Disneyland. It was cold and a little wet but a good time was had by all. I think Addison had the best time of all of us. She usually takes a nap in the afternoon but she hardly slept as there was so much to see and do. She was a little scared of the characters at first but started to warm up to them as the days went on.

Cameron is now tall enough to ride all of the rides with the exception of California Screamin'. Of course, we went over to ride it and found out he was a little too short. He sure was disappointed and so was I. None the less, he got to ride everything else he wanted and liked Big Thunder Mountain Railroad the most.

Carter is also tall enough to ride most of the rides. He was the brave one that rode Space Mountain. Not just once, but twice. I'm not sure he liked it all that much but Mom and Dad needed to ride with someone so we both talked him in to it.

Disneyland is amazingly decorated at this time of year and the atmosphere is so festive. The castle was especially beautiful this time of year as you can see by the picture. The crowds were lighter than usual, probably due to the weather.
